@Archomp I don't think so. Trimming brows doesn't have the same effect and a lot of girls don't trim them. A lot of Asian schools even ban it. I have seen similar reactions to this in shoujo manga though, when a girl changed her hairstyle or started wearing make up while she usually doesn't.
