@GweAnakJakarta That's up in the air right now. I might continue assisting, but no longer being the uploader. It depends. I picked this up for two reasons. 1) the previous group, 01000010, appears to be on a break. 2) the MS Paint was horrible (can't blame him. he solo the shit). If no other group willing to pick it up I'll continue but at a much slower pace.

being conferred a territory also means having no right to choose be it size, shape or location being conferred a territory is an passive act
on the contrary earning it through merits means that he will receive it after his service ends and that it will reflect his merits meaning certain attributes are fixed according to a conversion system in the end he can either choose certain attributes or take his pick out of a number of aimilar territories in essence it includes a lot more freedom of choice.
