The only thing that I'm glad about reading the manhwa is the girls draw beautifully.
While Roland looks less serious compared to novel.

Somehow I don't remember Roland giving Scroll glasses in the novel. But it does fit her so damn well

Also it's nice to see Kabala this early, despite the fact that her actual arc only begins much, much later in the story (well into the 1,300th chapter).

She reappears as an infantryman of Roland's First Army pretending to be a man under the alias "Farry", on the frontline against the demons as her self-atonement for having her people killed pointlessly while serving under Garcia. She's also a witch who managed to hide her powers from everyone, until Nana discovered her. Kabala doesn't join the Witch Union though (she was never asked to), and instead just continued to fight as part of the First Army.
