@szczsz yes. it's tyrant dictators that need to use propaganda like that. it's basically an advertizing slogan for a country. but countries where such propaganda is true don't need to constantly have it advertized to their own people (the people should be able to see it for themselves). essentially it's advertizing for a product already bought, and you don't need to do that unless your goal is to try to brainwash the people into thinking it's better than it is (if not straight out lying).
China and Soviet Russia hade this kind of crap posted everywhere
