After reading a few chapters this series reminds me a lot of Franken Fran.
People making requests with unintended consequences was a huge theme there too.
Only with Franken Fran the transformations were done with surgery instead of magic.

The art is a little wonky, like the author doesn't quite know how to pose the characters or work with perspective. The writing is about the same. The pacing is off and the characters are really flat. Whole thing feels like the author couldn't come up with a decent story or a compelling character, so they just went deep on the gore and horror to make up for it.
