Removing the "chapter missing" for the series Saotome Senshu Hitakusu

Requesting to remove the "chapter missing: chapter 22" for the series Saotome Senshu, Hitakusu, reason being the team were using volume raws up to chapter 21, but later found out that chapter 9.5 was counted as chapter 10 according to the magazine release, so we had to go with the numbering of the magazine from chapter 23 on.

The missing chapters thing is automatically generated, we can't remove any specific chapters from there.

A hacky workaround could be to just upload that image as chapter 22.

Though this makes me wonder what best practice should be in cases where magazine and volume numbering and content are drastically different, e.g. in the case of Nichijou.
