A short, but entertaining read. It's a commentary on how attempting to manipulate people will always end in failure. When people sense that there is something greater than themselves, they instinctively cling to that, and reject the social order that binds them. Is the story perfect? No, but it's trying to say something, and I can appreciate that. Art is enjoyable too. I liked the emphasis on darkness; it fit well with the theme.
