Reporting spam account

Is there a way of reporting spam accounts?
I just got a friend request from https://mangadex.org/user/904761/diananymph0
Which is quite an obvious spam account and includes malicious links in profile.

@Keimichi At the moment, no, you just either post here in the forum or contact mods on Discord and they will take care of it. Apparently we will be able to report spam/scam users when the system get overhauled.

Today, this acct. https://mangadex.org/user/941221/hannahconse sent me a friend request and it was obviously a spam so I declined.
Unfortunately I deleted Discord ages ago and don't plan on using it again just to contact mods so I'm posting it here. Cheers.
