At the same time he did this, the two chapters of Drifters that his group posted were removed. Is there any way to lift the group's upload restrictions so that I can put the chapters back?

not quite the place for that but,
there are really only two ways.
A. Talk to the scanlator and get their permission.
B. Wait 6 months (since the release of their newest chapter (11th March)) and request the unlock of the group as per Rule 2.4
