250's not that many people lol. I believe that Batoto had significantly more, though this is different since there isn't an application. So even with the requirements just a being a single request here and the number being 250, it's pretty small.

Alternatively someone else can go fix the japanese title of https://mangadex.org/manga/25495/maou-no-ore-ga-dorei-elf-wo-yome-ni-shitanda-ga-dou-medereba-ii - It's is missing the "medereba" part. I just fixed the same mistake on manga-updates, which is probably where it was copied from.
