Retired Heroes - Ch. 33 - A Family Vacation(4)

I get theres supposed to be drama but i don't really like this arc. Not to mention the daughter still doesn't show signs of changing her habits of relying on her magic gear in dangerous situations. Thanks for the chapter though. I always appreciate translations despite the quality of the story itself.

I'm with Big Bro here, I'm getting progressively more confused with each chapter in this arc. I'm not sure what they did to earn this win, but hopefully it'll be explained soon.

Still, thanks for the chapter. Always looking forward to this one.

Looks like after a chat with Tifa the gang realized that there's better ways to win a war than threats and plundering.
And it looks like ol' princey is getting a nice lesson himself.

Ahhh!!! These cliffhangers are so nasty! Sometimes I wish I'd get into a coma for a couple of years so I could wake up and have a ton of chapters to read. Lmao.

Imao the bandits are so dead

edit : just checked the raw, the author reaIIy stretch this arc Iike fucking Iatin soap opera
edit 2 : fuck, its stretched so Iong with unecessary things, dragon baII feeIs shorter in comparison

Wow big yikes on this arc being so stretched out, it kinda ruins the enjoyment a lot. But I can't wait to see these bandits get dead as fuck after kidnapping the damn king

@cryum

in real life chess, unless one side is REALLY careless, that wouldn't happen, 20~25 turns is doable for world champion against an amateur who isn't too careless

This new king is really borderline stupid on his naivete actions.

Also that thief has a mouth! Hehehe

Thank youmfor the translation. Hope it doesn't take long for the next chapter.

@RC1138Boss
sounds a lot like younger chris, huh? the guy who abandoned his position to go fight monsters and adventure? it took time for him to mature and become a hero (and a wild saliy)

new king is a good boy with principles in a world that doesn't believe in them. I wouldn't say that's wrong, and I'm pretty sure Tifa wouldn't either

and people who fuck with tifa don't survive

Tifa is the best. Reckless enough to get into all sorts of crazy adventures. Smart enough to get away with it. Sweet enough to make randoms into friends. She's so much fun.

So, uh... if they overpowered them and cornered them anyway, why did they need to drug them with... smoke? How did the smoke not affect the bandits too, then? Pretty sure none of them are wearing masks... Not to mention the dramatic timing on the smoke, taking effect JUST as the robber-ess revealed her true colors (for the second time).

This could've been handled better, 's all 'm saying.
