I was going to drop it after page 6, managed to read until the end but no saving here. Another edgy MC, plot is awful, too powerful no one needs him anymore (wth), guy basically suicided after a single dialogue, he saved the child everyone else wanted to kill then abandoned her alone for 200 years, girl almost naked but had a spare scarf, and a dialogue explaining what's a scarf, and again plot so stupid that contact lenses could fix all world problems.

The problem with that, is that if the MC is able to fully understand and replicate something as absurdly complicated as the human-body (not to mention the enormous task of transferring consciousness...) -- we can safely assume that changing something as simple as "the colour of my eyes" would not be that much of a problem.
For an instance, he could've created a biological "coloured lens", some sort of an opaque membrane, that'd develop around his iris.

Either way, this is a really none-problem. It just feels weird when authors bother to shoe-lace an exposition together, yet not bother to actually make sense the whole way. It'd honestly be better if the MC just woke up from his coffin, and the story started from there. 200 years old super-magician, good bloody enough.
