@Riger I believe that the default delay is 24 hrs, but groups can choose their own delays. I once saw that Jaimini's Box (before they left Mangadex) had a 28 day hold on a chapter of "Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai".

@ThatOneJester Probably just an over exaggeration of wanting a lot of friends or to get along with everyone. No stranger than people who talk about wanting a girlfriend. Its all talk about things rather than about people. You want friends and a girlfriend etc, but that should be stuff that happens naturally due to clicking with people and finding common ground. Too often people put the idea before the reality however and decide you need to force yourself to make friends with people. That you need to go and obtain a girlfriend without it really mattering who the person is, just that they fit some arbitrary definition.

Basically people that talk like that are the type who miss the forest for the tree's.
