Rettou Gan no Tensei Majutsushi ~ Shiitagerareta Moto Yuusha wa Mirai no Sekai o Yoyuu de Ikinuku ~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 18

The artist seems to be different just for this chapter, so I guess it was a substitute. Cannot find the name though.
 
Right I felt the same for the artwork of this chapter. It been more than 15 chapters but the quality getting even worse :( such a waste, can't even enjoy this manga. As everyone can see in the cover of Light novel (I assume) the MC is capable of making difference of expression but in this manga, It seems like he wears the same face time to time.
