@parkourse Well, stuff like this slips through the cracks in professional publications sometimes too, my favorite example is having found some pretty blatant spelling or grammar errors in textbooks all about those very things. At least in this case we can @ someone in the group and they might go "Thanks for pointing it out, we'll upload a fix later" or something. Rolling out fixes to textbooks is a bit more of a "No way they're giving the fix out for free and our school doesn't have the budget to replace all of these for one or two errors the teacher can correct in class."
