This chapter is just bizarre. It's almost as if the author forgot what manga they were drawing. Japan somehow ended up in a story that has nothing to do with Earth, we suddenly have modern high-rise buildings, swimsuits are now a thing, and they somehow managed to end up in a red-light district run by Yakuza. Uh... wut?

@Nomys Perhaps you've forgotten what she's like for some reason. Skim around from chapter 9 forward for scenes of her early interactions with even Abel, who she's practically throwing herself at now. To say that she's prickly or standoffish would be a bit of an understatement. Wordlessly intimidating a couple of guys might honestly be a bit more chill than some of her previous examples.
