@topa that was him as Specter who also seems to have a lot of enemies, now hes a lvl1 and is not going by the Specter name obviously if he needs to be laying low thats the best way to do it

Yes but not using the name 'Specter' doesn't mean he can lay low, eventually, his 'real name' will attract attention too
