I feel disappointed.. I was kinda expecting their relationship fell apart after the "incident" and they alway fought since (but still deep down liked each other) kinda route. But it starts with them already working side by side killing these things?. Kinda took the fun out of it for me. Would of be nice if they had be reunited once these "things" or shit hits the fan once again. Like it rekindled the relationship, or so gave opportunity too.

@Oeconomist I have to agree with your points. Much as I would like to like this, it really feels like I'm just going to have to wait for this author's second or third manga to really be able to read it. There's just too many problems that complement each other to make it almost impossible to understand what's going on. Like, https://mangadex.org/chapter/594401/28 this page, the bottom panel honestly took me three separate looks to realize they're not going up a straight vertical tunnel with a ladder.
