Fiction doesn't mean it should be devoid of logic. Fictional worlds follow their own logic. You can't excuse bad writing (not specifically referring to this. Talking about fiction in general) by saying it's 'fiction'. Then stuff like plot holes wouldn't exist.
 
@CosmicCat1543 wrong. Plot holes happens when a writing broke it's own rule or when their event/description doesn't match. The logic in here is that the MC is super human, if you want your logic to apply here then he shouldn't be able to react to a bullet that requires millisecond to react to and split tanks in half.
His power limit hasn't been revealed which makes anything new valid. For example he deflected bullet in earlier chapter and he's never got scratched from it, and then few chapters later it's confirmed that he's bulletproof and that's valid because it's never shown any damage on his body. But if he got damaged from bullet and then he's bulletproof all of sudden, that's a plot hole.

Also, you can get to US through land.
