It bugs me to notice that the students wear different uniform. Why they wears uniform to school when it's not even uniform, well, i'm actually not against wearing uniform, i like cute uniform. On a second tought, maybe they don't wear uniform or don't even have a school uniform.

School uniforms in manga and anime aren't that strictly enforced to help readers identify who the main (and sometimes supporting) characters are.
It's less prevalent nowadays, but still crops up from time to time despite how unrealistic it would be, especially in middle school and onwards.
