There have been too many otome/isekai-type of shoujos lately from the villainess’ POV. I’m finding it hard to sympathize with our MC.

This should read to me like any old Cinderella story, but instead I’m wondering who the noble “villainess”/Queen Candidate is, & how much more I might prefer her over Rosa...

It's so surreal when it's presented like this...On the other hand, I appreciate the pacing. The author knows that we've already read a million of these stories before.

Having read so many good and some lame stories with strong willed and determine FMLs, a meek MC is actually surprisingly kinda (but not that much) refreshing and a different change of preferences. I'm interested. Plus the emperor is a funny Oresama. Their meeting in the first chapter was friggin hilarious.
