RSS fedd not showing H titles

My RSS feed does not post entries from H titles, they do show up on the RSS's plain text, but this does not show up on any reader.

Same here, I tried adding Noraneko Shoujo to no Kurashikata (one of the very few I like) https://mangadex.org/rss/tgmKP7fSWabVeYvrETnCMUFN4dzcsk2B/manga_id/34597 in Quiterss (my fav reader as it's not bloated and I use it for manga and anime) and is not showing any entry.

Same Here, a couple of H titles unable to be added to RSS.

It only works if you fetch the feed by logging in with your credentials.

EDIT: It works if you fetch the feed while sending the "mangadex_h_toggle" cookie.

This requires a custom feed aggregator, so it's not ideal
