Why would you snipe? In addition, you're accepting monetary donations for your work? Another group has already been working on this since the moment it was released, and it's basic etiquette among all scan teams not to engage in this behavior. If you really wanted to work on a series, you could have notified the scan team to collaborate or asked if you could have helped out. On your website, you've also linked to Speedcat's translations, so I guess you're also totally fine with stealing other people's translations too...
