I wanna feel good after reading this. But there's so many flags, it just feels like this series is gonna be a train wreck. I really hope not.
Out. This is another fucking shoujo pretending to be something mature, cherry top'd with "i like you" line and angsty teen-like quality 'philosophizing' about 'what's normal'.
The signs were there of course, with all the two dimensional flatness to characterizations and whatnot, but holly shit, that phrase coming from a person who'd left high school more than decade ago was just too much.
Wish I could've rated it lower than '1', it's just bad.
edit: oh, and there reason she's not leaving? Japan's not California thankfully. Pureness of yuri romance takes a backseat when confronted with financial burdens of day-to-day life. At least the author got that part right.

@Ichigo69 Well looking at 25mg12's profile, they look like a troll. Their profile literally says "Eat lotta unwashed dicks yurifags." at the end. So they're probably homophobic, but they're here in the comments of chapter 7 of a manga with a possible lesbian relationship.
Maybe they're just super closeted and raging at the world.
Edit: Oh and their profile is quoting comments from other people, at the very least the first comment quoted is a reaction to something that 25mg12 has said, because 25mg12 is proud of trolling others it looks like. I didn't click on the second comment notably, just seems like a waste of time to give them attention.

Or maybe just mentally ill, as diseases of the mind tend to skew sensory perception.

For whatever reason it seems to be a common trait among brain dead drones to act on compulsion of immediately trying to vet people who'd challenged their fragile sensibilities in order to do ad hominem character assassination in their heads, so they can ignore what'd been said on the basis of some sort of self-perceived superiority.
