Why not take another tactic? Employ her into a training reserve, sign her up for the elite course, I mean, there are thousands of ways this can go, and they chose the dumbest course.

@jimmyclear I agree especially if they only hire 1 magical girl at a time unless the powers of the enemy are constant it can work but what if the enemy got stronger while a new magical girl gets elected they do not have a safety net unless they keep on throwing out kids to die until a talented magical girl appear that can defeat the stronger enemy.

screw the age kings restrictions!!! If you wanna be a magical girl and you already have proven yourself a capable magical girl they should be happy to have you no matter your age!!!! also those young girls are going to school and child development needs sleep for healthy development so you should have older magical girls for these late shifts
