Thanks for picking this, this series is not getting the attention it deserves and for unknown reasons is not available in mangaplus (I know that Viz decided not to share it after the scandal with the author).

There was a filler episode in the Kenshin anime, WAAAAAY back in season 1 (episode 22, where they ride a train for the first time) in which Sanosuke--RATHER than Kenshin--is deathly afraid of photography.

Fascinating that the first time photography shows up in canon, Sanosuke has gotten all worldly with his international travel and Kenshin is the crazy superstitious one!
