not as bad as it could be seen, but actually that was just a hilarious clusterfuck. the whole trial session was streamed on youtube and the court was literally watching those titles on a pirate anime streaming site and arguing about their content, in the end bans were only applied to just 2 pirate streaming services (irc because they didnt put r+18 tag or something like that, probably untrue_{no one really cares}), so you still can watch that stuff somewhere else just as easily as before. and the actual list of bans consists of 49 items and 5 lawsuits now, not all trials are complited yet, but anime are probably already deleted on those specified sites
