I think for Page 6 the Robo Dragon was apologizing for not truly being able to speak to them face to face. Sort of like if a person you're meeting for the first time came to your home wearing a ski mask for the entire time.

So, I guess the "steamed manjuu" face/ Barneyface we see is Princess Shrine Maiden vision, and everyone else sees him as some enormous dragon like in pages 23 and 26? Masked Dragon does seem to have a bit of a temper issue, after all.
