S-Rank Monster no Behemoth Dakedo, Neko to Machigawarete Erufu Musume no Kishi (Pet) Toshite Kurashitemasu - Vol. 3 Ch. 13 - The Enemy's True

He can evolve to the next stage of growth, i.e. from baby/child to adolescent, which I assume that will make him about adult tiger sized, since an adult behemoth is massive. But has it reached the point that he evolves? Can anyone who's read the LN/WN here tell me?

What's up with this typesetting? Words are broken up in awkward places, and sometimes twice!
Lycanthro-pe? Everyo-ne? You really couldn't afford to put one letter more?
We-rewol-ves?
Howard-do / no? Later on you split names from the honorifics anyway, so why not here?

If I were him I would save the evolution as a last resort and try to use abilities while mimicking an elemental cat. Until he, or his master, gets in a near death state there is no reason to reveal that yet.

He will kill the Orc and obtain their skills? Didn't they have some pervy skill in most books? (endless stamina in bed, alway horny, etc... kind of skills...) 😱

@phil777
Less round and more active 😁

I read the web novel and we are closely see his first stage evolution.

He will have no choice but to use it against the Earth Dragon but he then came back to his infant state because plot.

Is the author forgetting we know "tama" is a rank S monster that has already killed hundred of other s ranked monster geting out of the dungeon?

@Wolvenworks
That would be OK if not for the last page, while it would be fine and even great to have the other characters worried about him trying to give that same feeling to the reader at this point is just insulting.
It's like if in onepunch man they tryed to end a chapter making it seen like Saitama could be in danger from a "demon" level monster, with saitama making a face as if afraid and all.

@mahtan

It's just how the manga adaptation decided to end the chapter while keeping the tension up as a cliffhanger - to hype up the next chapter. But I could see how it seems kind of awkward because the situation would have been a non-issue to our overpowered protagonist. This sort of thing has to pass through the editor too, and he gets to review approve the draft/storyboards/name, so you could blame him too.

@Vykos

you win the internet

@boag
Last time I was a NEET, now I just got a job so my reading time decrease😭
Well, thankz for the info

Is it wrong for me say I'm rooting for the bad guy? Seems justifiable to me.

@mahtan - the highest-rank monster Tama was shown killing in dungeon is a B-rank Golem. He did manage to injure an S-rank Earth Dragon, but chose to flee from him rather than risking further fight.
So these trolls are above what Tama defeated before. Of course, if they're traditional "weak to fire and acid" trolls, Tama has elemental superiority.
