Kinda weird, imo, especially if you have a particular tag you don't like. Like, when I look for Romance I make sure there's no Tragedy/Psychological, and pay close consideration to Drama.
If you're searching for fluff, but don't want Romance, I'd expect you to be on the lookout for it. But well, to each their own XD
