I mean, I get it, the manga had a good character and relationship building and after introducing some side characters that were unnecessarily liking the MC we now have one of the most generic and unimaginative characters you could possibly make who adds absolutely 0 to this manga.

I like this manga but it's falling into the trap most manga go down where they feel the need to cram in the most useless and shit characters because they tick off an otaku waifu box.

I, personally, find that very understandable as it is a far cry from the oneshot I read long before the serialization; even more so now they are shoehorning in generic archetype characters just to pad out the quota.

It's honestly not worth your time after this point anymore guys. One of the more interesting premises recently fucked by the manga cliche of adding a harem for the Otaku audience. I understand the business angle behind it but god this is so disappointing

I see a lot of people complaining about this but I'm not sure if the manga is actually becoming harem crap or if everyone is kind of overreacting.

@Acolytus I saw raws up to date, manga is just an iyashikei like Yuru camp with some romantic scenes between MC and Saguri.

I actually don't really mind the addition forehead girl.
She feels like she's actually having fun with the MC and she even helps develop our MC as a person. Saguri's interaction with MC just feels so bland in comparison, though maybe that's the intention.
Her intro is abrupt, but her chapter right after that made me root for her so much I wish she ain't paired with our MC with a somewhat already established pairing route.

Now this prez though.
I can't really grasp the reason, but I don't even want her as comedic relief, much less a romantic interest.
Maybe I'm just tired of the generic tsundere character, or maybe it's her shokugeki reaction further emphasizing her tsundere traits.
She just seems so shallow without any potential to deepen her character.
