What kind of flesh does holy pan build when it is all you ever eat your entire childhood? I don't know, but it at the very least is enough to not be harmed when a wyvern chomps your arm. Skin > wyvern fangs!

so many ways to neutralize it
lets risk a whole arm and go with a wrestling move

At this rate any bards telling the tale of Will, are going to sound like Sabaton to do him any justice.

♪Far from his land, he made his stand
Drove a dragon into the land♪

♪They thought Will would die, but he wouldn't comply♪

@Fuko oh okay, what kind of ways for him to neutralize the wyvern in span of few seconds under stress and without getting the bystanders behind him hurt or killed? I'm seriously curious.

@feha
Did the Wyvern chomp him?
I thought he first grabbed the wyvern's snout from both sides with his arms to close it and prevent it from breathing fire.
Then he did the crazy thing of lifting the entire wyvern and slamming it onto the ground to stun it.
Finally he finished it through strangling.

(But considering how long it takes to strangle someone and kill, he really needs to make sure he's finished it off by piercing his heart with his spear.)

Wrestle a wyvern to the ground. Add that to the list.

No, that's not a dragon. Dragons are heartier, have 4 legs, and are entirely dependent on their scale color to determine what kind of breath their spewing.

@kireato you might be right, the perspective is really bad in that one panel and you cant see any of his arms at all. I just assumed it was chomped as the mouth was open, he approached from below with left arm ahead, then just before lifting the mouth was closed (obvious as his upper body is now partially above it) which I can only imagine it did voluntarily considering his position, and the panels where he suplexes it we only ever see the right arm (and not the left one that as I mentioned was extended far ahead of him as he rushed and bent infront of him as a guard in the last panel where wyvern has open mouth).

So yes, you are likely correct now that I look closer on that really weird perspective panel, and I were probably just led astray by author slightly messing up positioning (no way he will get his chin above dragon and arms around the snout to forcefully close it when it is open wide like that. He simply lacks the arm-length).

Will: phew~ nice workout! Good for warming up!
Everyone else: is he a hero or a monster???

I'm a bit worried about people's reaction, but Will, you rock. Awesome person.
