Saihate no Polaris - Vol. 1 Ch. 3

they barely have any chemistry imo it’s kinda cringe to read. She’s dyed her hair like his, gone to the same school and enrolled into the same class. Nah i’d be weirded tf out

I think it’s an interesting book. But I agree that the FL is major cringe. She dyed her hair just because? I know her mom was super controlling, but how could the author make such a big jump? There isn’t very much logic, which would be ok, but This seems more like a slice of life...

Thanks for the update!

Her mom is seriously borderline crazy, with the over possessiveness and all... and the way she handled that knife..

So there is a dad. Sometimes I wish I could enter stories like these and strangle passive parents because they let the other parent get away with such abusive shit. 🤢

Seems like ML's becoming more receptive to Chise, though she still needs to work on that cringe, it's too brunt lol

I rarely complain about story, but to choose school because of male lead is kinda......
I mean, she is not interested in mechanical but choose that school, it's better to choose normal high school then

I thought that school have art program, but It seems it isn't

I like her very much because I can reflect myself in her. Her mom is also my parents position about me.

@ALICE06 I don't think she is following him for romance per say. She is sheltered and bullied by her mom. I think she is so desperate to follow and emulate him because she want to be like he is... someone who is under no one's thumb. I think her clueless innocence is why is coming off so strange and stalker like.

@danelle767676
My complain is not because of romance. It's because she already knows her dream but she chose a school that's focused on mechanical in which she is not familiar with.

Her situation is similar with me and I also rebel toward my mom. But I proved it by doing something that I like and success unlike her who chose to do something she is not familiar with (mechanics). That's why I don't understand her reasoning. But well, maybe we have different personality or something.

@alice06 I don't think she knows her dream at all. They show she likes drawing but not that its any passion. Her mom pretty much stifled her ambition in that direction. I think right now all she can manage is to rebel for the sake of rebellion. She has no direction except for how she feels when's he is around the guy which I don't think is romance at this point... maybe more like hero worship.

@danelle767676 I don't understand how you think drawing is not her passion when she loves it but maybe you just have different point of view with me. For me and all people that close to me, something that we love to do = passion. That's all. End of discussion.
