@Karakuri1812 In fairness, this series prints in a "shounen" magazine targeting female readers. It's no different from a manga with female leads in semi-yuri situations made to appeal to the male gaze.

Since I have a bit of an advantage knowing Japanese... gonna help out a bit here since there's a few context that's left out.
1) Set's the one talking in last few dialogs, proof is the untranslated Japanese text on last page, says "Set's thoughts leaked...!".
2) Osi probably has nothing to do with, or at least none that we know of yet with time travel. So far all the dialogs point towards him being ignorant to reasons his brother has changed. The last few dialogs was not him talking, it was just Set being all beat up emotionally towards his brother not supporting his change.
3) Thoth is suspicious. Go back to first chap if you doubt me. Why the heck is he trusted right now. He's obviously suspicious from day 5 years from now.
4) Bromance is not BL. Bromance is the holy grail. ...Okay that's opinion, but also fact. I don't think it'll turn into actual BL tho, the undertones are too weak for that.

I've just got really teary eyed. No Set you don't deserve to die. The struggle is real first trying to do everything in his might to get his fathers recognition and now doing everything in his might to save his brother. I mean he isn't even doing it to save his own ass from beeibg beheaded. But this crazy control freak brother of his is trying to make him behave, so it fits his views. Kind of sad that their father never got out. It kinda shows that he never thought he had his brother really good under control, behaving just as he wanted him to.

@Shelly I went and read the other comments after that and apparently translation is caught up to raws, as in, the magazine raws. The raws I found are the official releases I believe, a lot of manga offer free releases for a period of time on sites like pixiv, niconico, or Comico. However, it does come with a few catches, like becoming unavailable after a period of time, or being not exactly the newest chapters. The pixiv releases I found was only up to volume 1, so chap 5. Beyond vol 1 it seems to be paid magazine only so far. Here's the link anyways: https://comic.pixiv.net/works/6237, I do think it's a good way to support authors without paying tho.

@reanseih Ooo, that makes a lot of difference. Here I thought Osi had revealed himself as a character with agency, but it's still just a mystery as to why Set rewound.

@DeadintheWater Set's mother couldn't have died in childbirth with him unless Nephthys is older than Set, and Thoth refers to Nephthys as Set's little sister, so she must be younger. Nephthys talks to Isis in chapter 2(?) about blaming Set for their mother's death, indicating that all four royal siblings have the same mother and father. In Osiris's argument with their father, Osiris says that their mother's death was an accident no one could have prevented. So their mother must have died in an accident that Set caused after all four siblings were born but still small children.

Also good to know that the sibling marriages aren't just half-sibling incest, they're full sibling incest.
