they both got issues. he has no self-control, lets his baser instincts overrule his rational thought, and she's wishy washy and just goes along with him.

pretty sure its his self-loathing and guilt for tying her down with marriage that keeps him from doing that further by having kids, and officially announcing their marriage to their colleagues. the divorce paper is because he's contemplated setting her free. He knows her as a free-spirit (though she lacks follow though on that).

I don't know if she's weak like some of the other comments were saying, but she gives off more of a way too chill vibe. She's not exactly wishy washy. She just kinda goes with the flow and it makes him chase her cause she will go far away if he doesn't. I think he is more insecure than she is and might acting terribly during the marriage because of it. Still doesn't excuse his actions for the last 7 years though.

Marriage is a big thing.
They should reconsidered this whole marriage thing, they need to think things like being responsible and being with each other forever and it seemed like their relationship didn't mature yet too...but most importantly they need to be able socialize with each other COMFORTABLY and not hide problems with each other, that's why many couples in real life broked up in the first place, they have insecurity too and a healthy relationship plz. Basically can they just think(more) before they do.
