@Doomer it's probably just another case of Abel being too damn strong. The way they were talking, it sounded like the magic resistance that SHOULD have protected it is inherent to its nature. Kind of like liquid water being wet, so not something that diminishes with age.

@Doomer Back when Abel checked the status of the villagers the average for them was 20 and his magic was 835. That was over 2 years ago and his clan were the strongest magic users, not as strong as they once were but still pretty strong, so being over 41x more powerful, and probably even more now, means he has tons more magic power and just stupidly strong offensive magic capabilities compared to normal people. He's probably the strongest magician in the entire world by a good margin, so even normally high magic resistance would probably not mean much.

I've just read its novel far ahead and feel that this series is underrated and deserves more attention. It feels quite light-hearted for now with some comedies here and there (because MC is relatively OP for now) but later on, the story suddenly escalates in an accelerating motion and getting heavier, lots of characters of different factions conspiring things, characters switching teams and identities revealed, more plot twists, large scale events etc. Though the drawings are kinda inconsistent and rough, unfortunately... I'd say it's an interesting read still if people could be patient for the story to progress further.

I'd say "Fine by me" and tell the rest to say they found nothing but the king grade magic stones, it's not a great idea to give powerful artifacts to idiots and it'd be legitimate to give it to the descendant of the creator, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
