To be fair, though, "Leah" in Japanese does get pronounced as Ria, and given that the country the character hails from appears to be modelled after Medieval Europe, it seems fair to assume that "Ria" is supposed to represent a name from European language* unless there's clear evidence indicating otherwise.

* Yes, I know "Leah" is Hebrew in origin, but it's been imported to Europe's many cultures since long ago, so it still counts as part of their languages.

The names may effectively be the same, but it's also kinda sloppy to be inconsistent with which you use. It would make sense if it were two different people saying the name two different ways, one being a Japanese native and the other being from somewhere like Europe for instance. But this is the same person in the same scene.

I know it's not a huge deal, but again it just brings the quality down that tiny little bit just like any other grammatical error.
