@mahtan yeah, it's basically the Greek view. Delicate = good, huge =bad.
Japanese view: the thing is, multiple girls already showed to be sexually interested in him, there's no moral issue on returning those feelings. It would be different if he showed signs of not being interested in sex, but it's the opposite - staring at Leah's chest, idealizing sex, so goes on.
And even if there was some sort of moral issue, frankly? Good characters are relatable. We shouldn't expect a bunch of Mary Sues and Marty Stus that stick to a moral code flawlessly. For comparison, check Dr. Stone - Senku is Japanese, he's 18, and yet he takes some sips of some wine he's brewing (because he needs ethanol for sci stuff); why isn't he sticking to "nononono! I'm not 21 yet!"?

What she see's in you? Well you're strong enough to blow up a planet but are still the greatest wuss to a point of being disgusting who would like someone like that? Would she like you, if you wasn't a Human? Hell no why would she?

If small breasts are so preferred that Ria has an inferiority complex over them, I wonder what troubles Roze has gone with hers that are even bigger? After all, Ria said that big breasts for some reason give people the impression of sleaziness, stupidity and indecency. Although the shared trauma might be part of what makes Roze so devoted to Ria even if one is a knight and the other a sage. Looks like that backstabbing, two faced catman is coming back for a rematch. Although considering the relics he took were referred to as drugs it makes me wonder what side effects they have along with short and long term issues. After all, if the drugs were on the up and up that masked man wouldn't have offered them to a dubious character in exchange for murdering one of the few (assuming MC not the absolute last) humans on the planet. My guess is there are either poisonous elements, extreme loss of health and vitality from withdrawal, or severe dependency will occur from taking those drugs. Guess will just have to keep reading to find out.

Maybe he has been conditioned to believe that all sex is rape and if he does it that he is bad and wrong.
