Ugh, I hate her already. People caring so much about other shortcomings and life choices is what I hate in the world; why would I come to fiction to find it exactly the same? If he has no magic ability or his slave is inept, they’ll flunk act. Why go out of your way to be an ass and make threats? The supposed “hero” girl commoner is the exact same, but worse because she has the added effect of being a hypocrite. She acts like she’s above the noble’s discrimination because she’s a commoner and has been on the receiving end, but still goes out of her way to insult and attack someone she doesn’t even know/ won’t try to get to know because she thinks they’re lower than her. Anyone with basic life experience knows not to judge a book by its cover. Anyone with basic decency doesn’t go out of their way to be mean.
