What are you expecting for.
this series powercreep turned awful post regional tournament and achiga.
it goes from the 'occult' vs 'digital' ala saki vs nodoka was once and steer into a whatever superpower fantasy.

expecting a decent 'sport' series from this franchise is simply wishful thinking.
even the author know that, to the point that they choose a cooking spin-off instead of another mahjong series.

so stop thinking it too hard, and read it for the nopan fanservice as what the author intended.

Kuro can freely control her Doras now and can also send it to her opponents by her will. Truly a Dragon God :)

One dora equals one han, just for having it. You just need any old winning hand (that includes the dora of course) and can turn it into something worth a crapton of points. That power was already incredibly OP, now it's just bonkers. ^^;

@Lyanhyrt I'm just waiting for someone to win by using a ki blast. If I'd known it was going to stop being some of these players have some weird quirks that could be explained through mental hangups and just become each player has their own super power I never would have started.

Ritz' hard on for Achiga has no limits. They keep getting all the asspull power ups. Kuro didn't only get the ability to control the dora but also an automatic hand building power as well. Seriously Ritz, what the hell are you doing? Is Achiga the main characters now or what? You're ruining the manga with your retarded favouritism.

i think i am kinda OK with how achiga was "Upgraded" in the final match.
i mean, Final was suppossed to be a deathmatch of Monster class player.
if they were to play at final with their "performance level" before final match,
they will be slaughtered in Fight 1.

should be noted that, the only player who got "major upgrade" were Kuro and Shizu so far (and most likely those "OP Upgrade"will only be limited to Those two).
the other "upgrade" were mediocre, or simply "good" at best, not groundbreaking OP like kuro.

beside, we dont know about the drawback of kuro current playstyle,
is it really no drawback at all?
or she revert to "will not gain dora the entire match" state after using this moves?
what if people then counter them with not discarding dora at all? knowing that dora is fatal to discard..

there are still many factors that can still be considered
