Saki - Ch. 224 - Cumulative Effect

Hisa needs to take a rest after satisfying all of her harem as a reward for supporting her number one mistress.
That's why we need a break until December.

Go Mako go! Show them the power you gained by getting your own spinoff!

>Next Chapter in December
RRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTZZZZZZZZ

WTF they skipped their second hand! I hope we get to see her actual match with like a dozen chapters or more.

December? Guess Ritz is lacking in energy after drawing a chapter without nopan.

>occult stuff like that is impossible

this tournament is full of players predicting the future, summoning tiles and literally casting curses and now you notice?

Geez. Tons of breaks and the quality continues to go down from Ritz-sensei. Meanwhile Nodoka's tit's continue to expand like the universe.

Ugh.

I remember the series making a big point about how busty Nodoka was but now it seems her chest size is downright modest compared to the other characters we've since been introduced to.

Honestly, I feel like if the series got axed right when Saki defeated Koromo, this manga would be a pretty good short story. Felt like the series went downhill especially when the Kuro dragon nonsense appear out of nowhere. Fanservice is cool but what's the point if the quality of the story drops. The current state of Saki actually reminds me of that onsen reincarnation manga, similar kind of anatomy, full of lewd art but subpar content.

Yeah, @xEternalSoul I agree. As much as I would like to enjoy it more, the manga truly peaked at Koromo. There are still some characters that were introduced later that I like (Toyone especially), but the plot hasn't been very compelling in the last volumes. We even had to see the match between the losing schools. Is there anyone who cares about that? I think everyone was just waiting for the finals. Even now that we're finally seeing the game, Ritz clearly wants to drag it on forever with more meaningless drama, like Hisa getting hurt before her turn. I just want to see if Kiyosumi will win (I'll be surprised if they don't lol) and some closure between the Miyanaga sisters at this point.

Nodoka remembering after 200 chapters that she was supposed to be the rational one who didn't believe in occult stuff. Unfortunately, since then, roughly 573 players with superpowers have been introduced, so her once valid position now just seems idiotic ...

Also, OF COURSE it skips a few issues. Will the finals be done 2021? I'd say right now that's at best a 50:50 chance.

As someone who go into Saki recently. I can agree that it went downhill after Koromo. It also feels less about Saki compared to earlier in the series and I guess that's because of all of the spinoffs
