@Taikutsu considering the fact that the MC became exactly like her when he was revived, I think the original girl managed to escape and the Black Knight demon was the demon god who cursed her. This would explain why that same demon god would revive the mc into her looks. He must've been pissed she escaped and made "another her" to vent.

Basically when it was first released, the raw sites used google translate on the katakana (リライブル/Riraiburu), which read it as Reliable Game, but then I stepped in and translated it as Revival Game, as I thought it was a play on words between revival and survival. But the original Mangaka had other plans and officially made it ReLive Game... for whatever reason. So now it's ReLive Game
