Well, some don't really grow much, others have massive growth spurts..
Some get their growth spurts early before they're even teens, others get theirs late after already becoming grownups.
Extremes do exist, even if they're not too common.

I've helped a lil girl that had a severe complex about her chest that grew big long before any of those a few years above her even started,
she suffered mainly because absolutely noone, not even her parents or siblings treated her normally. -.-
I also know of a relative that complained throughout her teens about barely having a chest and it being unfair since all her relatives had big ones,
then later after growing up into an adult she suddenly had her growth spurt,
after which she started talking about wanting to travel back in time and punch her old self in the face for ever wishing for big nuisances like that.

Long story short, there are plenty of variations stretching quite far from the norm.

Not really BS, the usual growth commonly happens from 13 to 17 or so, but the body keeps grrowing until one's 24 ~ 26, so the growth spurt can happen even un your middle 20s. It's usually related to nutrition, but it's not yet clear what actually causes it, though bad nutrition can cause an underdeveloped body. I personally have seen other people develop in their 18 to 22s, even myself so...

My mother was 5'4'' when she graduated high school, she's 5'10'' now. I myself have grown an inch post 30 (but somehow my shoe size shrank). Late growth spurts happens.
