On a more serious note, the train platform scene was tremendous. Senpai continues to be pleasantly shocked that his long-held affection isn't just accepted but is being returned in kind. The two of them having the courage to hold each other in their arms in a crowded place (though the train is coming, so more attention will be that direction I suppose) is tremendous. We've long known that Sasaki doesn't really care much who knows he's queer, but to have it confirmed that Miyano feels the same... Lovely.

An actual coming out scene! So rare in BL, and with a totally normal and innocently inappropriate question from a friend? The realism!

Miyano being unafraid having been communicated on the platform, Sakasaki feels comfortable enough to be touchy feely and flirty as they eat ramen... and is rewarded with menma.

You know, the best thing about this manga is that the author has put so much effort into the foreshadowing and how ALL THE CHARACTERS have their own lives and are not treated as fodder to up the main characters

I kinda wish I didn’t care that I’m (for many reasons, one not on this site, for whatever reason) positive that Sasaki _wants_ to bottom, and we know from volume 2 that Miyano doesn’t want to.
