Just wondering. I've forgotten how much a gold coin is worth ($100-$200, I guess?) but is the amount imouto-chan specified enough to hire the whole lot of them (battle ready, on the fly and with armored vehicles and stuff), realistically?

It's pretty realistic, since the company is self sufficient and are the owners of all the equipment, they are cheapest possible option(no intermediaries and no politics). If you wanted something with a little more people or some tanks or generally more stuff, the cost of sustaining everything gets a lot higher(logistics become increasingly expensive too) so generally only countries get bigger armies, while any bigger companies would get really expensive really fast.
