@Qelix I mean, all she has to do is set up electronic surveillance devices everywhere. That'd basically be mind-reading, from the perspective of the servants.
Though, @Tesla does seem to have beaten me to mentioning that. ^.^
And yeah, ha, some of these stories do sometimes feel confusingly similar for a bit when you pick them back up after a new chapter release.
@Med1um Mitsuha: "I completely ignored the young man who tried to hand women to the bandits"
*proceeds to deathly stare at man entire time*
That's not how you ignore people!
Wait, it isn't?! ..oops?
Well, I may need to reevaluate my previous social interactions a bit, then.
Why would slow communication be related to the passengers not knowing her identity? Didn't they all start travelling together from the capital city where her name originated?
Of course, lie detectors don't actually work reliably, which is why they have been generally inadmissible or outright banned in courts for decades. But let's pretend they work and enjoy the manga :)
@Nk9bjP4A
do you know the name and face of every accomplished person in your city?
in that world they do not have cameras nor tv so how would they know how she looks like without personally seeing her up close and personal?
even in this real world, before tv it was rare for people to know how even their own countrys rulers looked like even while living in the capital city itself.
hell, lot's of people in this very day do not know how their own boss loks like or even his/her name, some dont even know who their landlord is even thou they may very well live in the same apartment building. so those people not recognizing her is not weird at all.
