Not just this author. Generally, good looking people are good guys, unless they have narrow eyes, bad guys who turn into good guys look good and they're eyes are rounder. Happens everywhere, easiest way to convey someone's moral standing in the story.

to those ppl who complain this is too short: notice that this is a sub-chapter. the only time they're a 20-pager full-length is if the original chapter's like a monthly-sized chapter (~60 pages) divided into 2 or 3. most divided chapters like this tho are more about a weekly chapter (~20) in total, so be glad this isn't a 4-page CHAPTER release like isekai nonbiri
