I am baffled.... I don't understand why she want to drink the wine without telling anything?

FFS just say the wine is poisoned and THEN drink it if you must prove yourself.

What's the upside to not say anything?

Is this a prologue? Because this was all over the place and lacked cohesiveness, besides being waaay too fast paced. We couldn't even get to know the main character properly, only thing I know is she is kinda stupid tbh.
