Saving the Villain Who Was Abandoned by the Female Lead - Ch. 9

What an awful test what’s even the point of making her drink poison that’s just mean):

@hobisflower I agree that its mean but it makes sense in the context of the story and the family. The family has a lot of enemies so they would need to be able to protect themselves against poisons. Also, CIel didn't die when she drank the very lethal poison for the grand duke, so her ability to withstand poison will be a theme in the book

@2Incredible : That poison is only lethal to people with high magic power i.e. the duke.

She didn't (or at least she think she didn't) have much, if any, that's why she's confident she would survive.
She's also aware of the possible side effects, but she thought the chance of it happening was low enough to not care.

I am incredibly disappointed.... the so called test was more childsplay than anything (at least in comparison to what I imagined)

That "female lead" of the "actual novel" who's supposed to be a Saintess SOUNDS MORE LIKE A VILLAINESS than a heroine lmao.

1st, she got so mad at her fiance that she chose to cheat on the guy THEN she poisoned him after.

2nd, she divorced the guy she used as her 2nd choice/spare tire and then used his goblet thing to kill her enemy, the grand duke Visenna/Vienna.

UHH..

Where's the "saintess" quality in that? 🤔😅😅 WHAT THE FCK?? 🤨🤨

Are they just training her, without her knowing that they are training her?! What the fu;$& is going on?!

Wow the original MC,, the novel seems about how Liena climbs to the top rather than romance huh
