Sayonara Miniskirt

I really hope somebody picks this up. I haven't read it yet but I heard good things about it. It seems interesting. And the fact that the author is somehow inspired by Techi from Keyaki is a bonus too.

I think he said correctly . At least, in manga , schoolgirl often wear super short skirt . Everything should be just right, don't overdo it🙂

PLEASE GO TO MORISHISAN TO READ 1.1 TO 1.2 THE QUALITY IS BETTER AND IDK IF SHE/HE/THEY ALLOWED THE POST TO BE MADE HERE. Please support author if you can as I can't as a college student in debt.

At first I thought that the title was quite ridiculouslol, but the story starts with quite promisingly interesting plot. I hope picks this up

Anyone know where one can find raws for this series?
Tried checking the usual sites but they don't have it.

Viz is apparently fluffing this one up. It's been re-named during the localization to "Not Your Idol" to play up the feminist and woke "MEN ARE BAD" themes, apparently.

In trying to explain Not Your Idol to a coworker, I went with this: “Death Note is scary because one high school boy can kill anyone he wants. Not Your Idol is scary simply because girls grow up in a patriarchy.”

Someone wrote that. Someone wrote that and their editor didn't stop them. Someone wrote that and it made it on the Viz website without anyone falling over from fatal cringe overdose.

@KiTA @yuri999 Things only get worse, for example, read this review from one of ANN's folks. The author wants so badly to turn criticism of the idol industry into criticism of toxic masculinity that at some point she starts openly criticizing guys for sexual desire for girls in general. To the point where the traditional shoujo with edgy female lead through her efforts "becomes" one-sided biased feminist propaganda, which obviously creates a dubious reputation for the manga and scares off a possible male audience. With this mindset, it's no surprise that they saw the criticism of the false rape accusations at Shield Hero as an attack on women in general.
